Elegant Bridal Session at Butterfield Mansion

As a photographer, I’m a huge advocate for bridal sessions. There are so many reasons I encourage my brides to take this extra step, but one of the main reasons is that it gives you a chance to truly shine in your gown before the big day. For today, I’m excited to share the beautiful bridal session I had with Sadie at the stunning Butterfield Mansion in Brookhaven, MS. Sadie wanted a vibe that was elegant, stately, and timeless—and Butterfield Mansion was the perfect backdrop. The mansion’s spacious rooms, the light-filled sunroom, and the grand front porch all came together to create an unforgettable atmosphere for her photos.

Sadie’s gown, from The Bridal Path, was an absolute showstopper. The dress featured intricate pearl embellishments along the bodice, and the back was beautifully finished with a bow. She wore her hair in a sophisticated updo styled by Julie Reis of Salon 3106, while makeup artist Katie Beth Holmes at The Glossary Salon perfected her radiant look. To top it all off, she wore a long veil and elegant gloves that added just the right amount of grace to her bridal ensemble.

I’ve been sitting on these images, so excited to share them, and now that Sadie is a married woman, I’m thrilled to finally post!
