On June 8, 2024, Mallory and Gunner exchanged vows in a charming pecan grove wedding ceremony that celebrated both their love and the beauty of nature, surrounded by their closest family and friends in the serene Pecan Grove in Union, Mississippi. The wedding was a stunning blend of timeless elegance, custom details, and Southern charm, making it a day to remember for everyone involved.
As guests arrived, they were immediately immersed in the tranquil beauty of the grove. The air was filled with the sweet sounds of violins playing softly between the towering pecan trees, setting the stage for a breathtaking ceremony. Guests were seated on beautifully restored wooden pews, sourced from the historic Bell Tower Church in Louisville, Kentucky, adding a touch of history and sentimentality to the event. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the enchanting music, created an atmosphere of romance and serenity—perfect for Mallory and Gunner’s special day.
Mallory was a vision of grace and sophistication as she walked down the aisle in a custom gown designed by Rita Vinieris. The gown featured a regal cathedral-length train that flowed behind her, adorned with delicate buttons that added a vintage touch. The square neckline perfectly framed her face, while a long, cathedral-length veil completed her elegant look. Her timeless style radiated from head to toe, and it was impossible not to be in awe of the beauty and detail of her ensemble.
One of the most touching aspects of this wedding was the incredible effort put into creating custom pieces by Mallory’s father. His craftsmanship was evident throughout the celebration, adding a personal and sentimental touch to many elements of the day.
The celebration continued long after the vows had been exchanged. Guests gathered under the stars, surrounded by bistro lights that cast a soft glow over the grove. The dance floor came alive with music and laughter, as the couple and their loved ones celebrated the night away, creating memories that would last a lifetime. The night was filled with joy, love, and the kind of warmth that only close friends and family can bring.
As the evening drew to a close, Mallory and Gunner were sent off in the most charming way possible—a joyful ribbon-waving send-off. Guests lined the path, holding white ribbons as the couple made their way toward their 1969 Ford Mustang convertible, waiting for them in the grove. The vintage car, along with the festive send-off, was the perfect ending to a day that was as timeless as it was unforgettable.
Mallory and Gunner’s Pecan Grove Wedding was a celebration of love, family, and the beauty of custom details that reflected their personalities and the deep connections they share with their loved ones. Every moment, from the soft violin music to the custom-built elements and the unforgettable send-off, was carefully designed to create a memorable and meaningful day. It was truly a wedding that will be cherished for years to come. Enjoy some of my favorites from their wedding!
