Rainy Day Romance at Bridlewood of Madison | Alexis & LeKoury

There is something special about a wedding day that perfectly reflects a couple’s personality, and Alexis and LeKoury’s Bridlewood of Madison wedding was exactly that. From meaningful moments with family to a reception packed with fun surprises, their June 6, 2026 wedding was a day to remember.

The morning began in the getting ready suite where the atmosphere was relaxed and full of laughter. Alexis was surrounded by an amazing group of girls who made the morning so much fun. Of course, my personal favorite member of the wedding party was Willow, Alexis and LeKoury’s sweet dog. She stole hearts everywhere she went and was the perfect addition to the day.

Meanwhile, the guys were getting ready in the main building. Before seeing her groom, Alexis shared a touching first look with her bridesmaids, followed by a moment with her brother. One of the most heartfelt parts of the morning was a special FaceTime call with her dad, who was unable to attend in person. Even from a distance, he was able to share in such an important moment.

Soon it was time for Alexis and LeKoury’s first look. I always love first looks, and this one was no exception. LeKoury’s reaction was priceless. He may claim he doesn’t enjoy being in front of the camera, but the smile on his face when he saw Alexis told a completely different story. He was absolutely beaming.

As soft rain fell throughout the day, we took advantage of the beautiful covered areas around the venue for portraits. The weather only added to the romantic atmosphere of this Bridlewood of Madison wedding.

One thing Alexis had hoped for was an outdoor ceremony at the venue’s beautiful ceremony site, and thankfully she got her wish. As the bridal party walked down the aisle, a gentle rain began to fall. Not a single guest seemed to mind. Everyone was excited to witness Alexis and LeKoury say “I do.”

The celebration continued with an unforgettable reception. Guests enjoyed dancing, cornhole, giant cutouts of the couple’s faces, and custom temporary tattoos featuring Alexis, LeKoury, and Willow. Every detail reflected who they are as a couple, from LeKoury’s firefighter gear display to the donut tower to the sweet “love is” explanations from Alexis’ students and signature drinks at the bar.

This Bridlewood of Madison wedding was full of joy, love, and thoughtful details. From the moment I met Alexis and LeKoury, I knew they were going to be a wonderful couple to work with, and their wedding day exceeded every expectation. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to celebrate this incredible Bridlewood of Madison wedding with them and their loved ones. It was truly a day no one will forget.
